Services

The day support program is designed to provide a minimum of seven hours per weekday of comprehensive habilitation training based on the individual personal preferences as outlined in their Individual Service Plan (ISP). The ISP uses Person-Centered Planning to develop individualized activities, support, training and supervision to assist individuals in maintaining or improving their placement in the community.

Staffing Plan
The staff to individual ratio will be 1 to 4 if the individuals require non-intensive supports and 1 to 1 if they require intensive supports.
