Virginia Support Group Day Support Center is centrally located in the Haygood area of Virginia Beach. This allows for a variety of trips into the community three times a week. Activities at the center include but not limited to morning wellness activities, Yoga with Wii Fit, computer classes, arts, crafts that includes jewelry-making, ceramic, and sewing classes. Also there are computer classes, games, Wii, and Playstation. In the Media room there is also movies to watch on "Pick-a-Movie" Day. Guitar and keyboards are also available in the Music section. VSG also host "Manicure Thursdays" and "Fast Food Fridays".
